We will briefly discuss your estate planning needs, as well as our service model, to determine if you would like to move forward and schedule a more in-depth discussion. All our consultations are, typically, done virtually because they shouldn’t last more than 15 to 30 minutes.

We will meet with you, either in-person or virtually depending on your preferences, to review, analyze, and strategize about your unique needs and wishes. We will deep-dive into your circumstances and talk specifically about how the law applies to you. At the end, your estate planning options will be presented to you, along with the flat-rate fee schedule and a description of the remaining process. This meeting will usually take 1 to 2 hours, depending on how complex your estate planning needs are.

During this meeting, you will sign and notarize your estate planning documents, which will later be scanned and returned to you via mail.  We will also go over your estate planning documents together to ensure you have absolute clarity.  Afterwards, we will ensure any trusts that may have been created are funded, and that your estate plan has been effectively deployed.  This meeting will be in-person at a location chosen by you and should last approximately 1 to 2 hours, again, depending on how complex your estate planning needs are.
